One of the most successful sportswear/designer collaborations has to be the Y3 trainer collection for Adidas designed by renowned Japanese designer, Yohji Yamamoto. The collection has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2003, with Yamamoto's sleek, tailored designs translating well into cool, urban trainers for the fashion conscious.
